Following the catastrophe of March 11th in Japan, Arkema Group Management has decided to contribute 200,000 EUR to the Japan Red Cross Society as financial aid to the victims of the East Japan Earthquake.
Arkema France has had a special relationship with the Red Cross since 2006. Based on this relationship, few days after the catastrophe, Arkema France started also a donation campaign, for Japan, through their intranet site. In few clicks, Arkema France employees have been able to make donation to the Red Cross for the victims of the earthquake.
These actions show the deepest sympathy of the Arkema top management and employees to the victims of the unprecedented disaster in Japan. |
